The training model equivalent to the Tunisian "TAKWIN MEHANI" is a dual program that combines theory and practice. It aims to provide participants with not only technical skills, such as procedures and work guidelines, but also to facilitate their entry into the workforce. Integration through practical experience and earning one’s first salary plays a central role. For foreign trainees from non-EU countries, training salaries in Germany range between 930 and 1,800 euros gross per month, depending on the year of training. This amount varies based on the industry, region, and training company.

Min-Requirments:

To begin an Ausbildung, you must meet certain basic requirements to ensure you're prepared for the program. These include necessary qualifications and skills that are outlined in detail below.

A high school diploma (if the diploma was not obtained, the transcripts from the last four years are required).

A language certificate at level B1 (in some exceptional cases, we may accept A2, but qualifications will be reviewed internally).

For individuals who have previously been in Germany, we expect a smooth stay without deportation.

How long does the placement process take at Aqwa Studies?

It largely depends on the area in which someone is placed. The process can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks. However, we strive to ensure a quick placement and work diligently to expedite the process as much as possible.

Can I choose which region I would like to live in later?

Unfortunately, this is not possible, as it would limit our processes and could lead to longer wait times. We want to ensure that the process runs as efficiently as possible for all parties involved.

Do I need a blocked account for the apprenticeship?

Just like in Tunisia, you will be paid during your apprenticeship in Germany. The German government requires a minimum salary to ensure your livelihood (you can find more information about this under Service). For this reason, a blocked account is not required.

Is there a guarantee for obtaining a visa?

In general, there is no guarantee for the issuance of a visa, as it depends on many different factors. Therefore, we cannot provide a guarantee. However, we work with the utmost care and have successfully obtained approval for every visa application so far.
